After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. please allow at least seven(7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. we will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

7 DAYS MONEY BACK POLICY

1. You can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice and tags for a refund. We shall process the refund only after the receipt of the product at our location in unused condition, failing which a refund may not be possible.
2. Once the product is returned under our 7 Day Money Back policy the refund will be credited to your ICEDJEWELZ ACCOUNT account. You may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your bank account.
3. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days in the same account.

Exchange & Buy-Back Policy:

1. We offer a Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases* made from ICEDJEWELZ. The product along with the original product invoice and tags, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged basis its current market value.
2. If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable.
3. Jewelry returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other than ICEDJEWELZ shall not be accepted for return. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Exchange and Buy-Back amount of the product.

Free Shipping

ICEDJEWELZ provides free delivery/shipping on all items worldwide. Shipping time is 24-48hrs for "Available in Stock" items and 14 business days for "Make to Order" items. 

Transit Insurance

All goods will be fully insured by ICEDJEWELZ until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe

Made-To-Order Jewelry

1. 50% of the order value as deposit  for custom made to order jewelry 
2. In case a customer cancels a customized made-to-order jewelry order, there will be a 25% deduction of the order value before the refund is processed to the customer.
3. In case a customer does not reply or pick up a customized made-to-order jewelry order within 60 days , the order will be cancelled and 25% of the order value will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded to the customer in the form of a gift card.
