Welcome to IcedJewelz. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the EU and applicable privacy and consumer protection laws in the United States.

1. Product Customization & Orders

• All products are made to order. Customizations are final after 24 hours of order placement.

• By placing an order, you agree that your specifications (metal type, diamond type, engraving, etc.) are final.

• Custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Payment & Billing

• All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

• Full payment is required before processing.

• We do not offer installment plans or EMI options.

• We do not store your card or payment details unless explicitly opted-in (GDPR-compliant).

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship globally using trusted carriers like UPS, DHL, FedEx, depending on destination.

• Customers are responsible for any import duties or VAT as per their country’s laws.

• Shipping confirmation with tracking is provided via email or SMS.

4. Return & Refund Policy

• We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with the invoice.

• Custom or engraved items are not eligible for returns, except in case of a manufacturing defect.

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after item inspection.

5. Certification

• Upon request, we provide lab certification for lab-grown, moissanite, and real diamonds.

• Certification is issued by reputed gemological labs and is included in the final invoice.

6. Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance

• We collect only essential information such as name, contact number, shipping address, and order preferences.

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.

• EU customers have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of personal data.

7. Website Use & Content

• All content is owned by IcedJewelz. Unauthorized use, copying, or scraping is prohibited.

  • Promotional/spam

  • Misleading or false
