At IcedJewelz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 


 

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging

  • All original tags, certificates (if any), and accessories must be included

  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized products are non-returnable unless damaged or defective


 

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Custom or made-to-order jewelry (as per customer specifications)

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items unless defective

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

 


 

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 


 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear images of the damaged item

  • Order number and details

We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

 


 

5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • IcedJewelz is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

 


 

6. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping charges

  • Any customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

 


 

9. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, we begin processing and production (especially for custom orders).
